About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through active sourcing and collaboration with sourcing teams
- Advocate for internal mobility and support talent advancement initiatives
- Ensure smooth coordination with HR Operations for job postings, scheduling, and offer processing
- Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and contribute to process improvements
- Deliver a personalized and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Requirements
- At least years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in a global matrix organization
- Proven track record in international hiring across BeNeLux and other European countries
- Strong expertise in active sourcing, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in working with Workday
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Dutch, English and German, any other language like French is considered as a big advantage
- Background in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field
- Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
