About the role

  • Bid Support, assist in preparing bids, estimates, and quotations by gathering information, formatting documents, and helping ensure all required inputs are included.
  • Support the team in following internal processes and governance.
  • Customer Interaction, help maintain positive relationships with customers by supporting meetings, preparing materials, and responding to basic queries.
  • Work closely with sales and bid teams to understand customer needs.
  • Business Insight, Support the team in researching customer needs and market trends.
  • Help identify potential opportunities and contribute ideas during team discussions.
  • Marketing and Sales Support, assist in creating marketing materials, attending industry events, and collecting success stories.
  • Help ensure plans and activities are aligned with team goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical background is a plus, but not essential).
  • Marketing and sales Experience
  • Experience selling solutions rather than products, with a focus on winning forecast opportunities and managing large customer relationships.
  • Good understanding of Power Quality Solutions, High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems, and experience in renewable and power utility markets.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence and work under pressure.
  • Proven skills in customer and stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
