About the role
- Delivering Desk Side Support to IT users
- Diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues effectively
- Ensures that computers are delivered in a 'ready-to-use' condition
- Provides ad-hoc training to users on common IT issues
- Manages the physical stock of devices and accessories
- Conducts regular inventory checks for relevant hardware
- Coordinates logistics for device transport and relocation
- Handles warranty cases with OEM vendors
- Identifies and reports potential service quality risks
- Offers support to ensure functionality in collaboration areas
Requirements
- Proven experience within an IT environment and as an Operations Support Specialist
- Product, System, and Service Support experience
- Good understanding of Data Analysis & Review
- Logistical Support
- Clear communication skills
- Able to travel across the UK and Ireland when required
