About the role
- Collaborate with other departments to manage and improve the project performance.
- Provide insights, develop, and manage team priorities to ensure performance and quality goals are met throughout all project phases.
- Make sure that our KPIs are monitored and improved.
- Make sure that our PM processes are followed.
- Ensure processes are in place to capture and share best practices and operational experiences.
- Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results.
- Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed.
- Develop the team and build the capacity required by the strategic plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Energy sector experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must have.
- Willingness to work in one of our Hitachi Energy offices in Sweden (Västerås), Denmark (Ballerup or Middelfart) or Finland (Vaasa).
