About the role

Requirements

  • Degree and preferably Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in sales leadership within industrial or energy sectors.
  • Proven track record in driving growth and leading transformations in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
