About the role
- Leading the execution of projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policies, contractual agreements, quality standards
- Handle customer, team, and stakeholder’s management.
- Customer satisfaction and achievement of overall project goals.
- Leadership of project teams.
- External and internal reporting.
Requirements
- You preferably hold a degree in Engineering, Business or similar.
- Good planning and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- A commercial mindset, goal orientation and customer-focus.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish.
- Other languages are seen as an advantage (e.g. Swedish or Danish)
