About the role

  • Identify and analyze change requests and recommend enhancements that align with business goals.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and SAP experts to ensure smooth integration of processes across our ERP system.
  • Contribute to process design, testing, and change management initiatives.
  • Engage with SAP Key Users to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Focus on setting up new organizational structures and standardizing Sales Order (SO) and Purchase Order (PO) processes across regions.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business process management, ideally in a global ERP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems and business processes (no development required).
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work across cultures and functions.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
