About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Azure and M365 consulting projects with client stakeholders
Align business needs with technology solutions
Create solution architectures, migration plans, and executive presentations
Perform hands-on implementation work for consulting projects
Provide project leadership and own overall solution success and delivery
Interface with client IT teams, providing guidance and support
Lead architecture reviews, governance boards, and design discussions with senior client stakeholders
Provide occasional escalation support for managed services and support clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in customer-facing, IT consulting roles in Azure and M365
Experience creating client-facing deliverables, including solution architectures, project documentation, and/or root cause analysis documents
Experience migrating enterprise-size clients to Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions
Experience designing secure, enterprise-scale Azure environments focused on infrastructure and aligned to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework
Deep familiarity with Azure governance, cost management, and scalability, including tagging, hub and spoke designs, management groups, billing, and ExpressRoute/VPN connections
Experience with Azure infrastructure concepts including VMs, disks and storage, and networking
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform
Ability to evaluate and modernize legacy infrastructure for cloud migration using rehost, replatform, and refactor patterns
General expertise with the M365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and related services
Hands-on experience implementing or managing Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA, Conditional Access Policies, and hybrid identity solutions via Entra Connect sync
Experience delivering Microsoft Security solutions, including Microsoft Defender Suite, Cloud App Security, Information Protection, and Entra ID Identity Protection
Understanding of Microsoft Governance and Compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Priva, and DLP policies
