About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You qualify opportunities together with the Commercial Lead and define the engagement approach.
You design and present solutions (materials, demos, presentations — also at events).
You run customer workshops and translate requirements/agenda into a robust solution vision.
You coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales/Delivery/Marketing) and drive the pre-sales process end-to-end.
You identify and document compelling customer success stories/references that demonstrate our capabilities and successful projects.
You support proposal work and customer meetings with a clear storyline, effort estimates, and commercial input.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM/FinOps) as well as integrations with other systems.
You have experience in a pre-sales role — either as a dedicated pre-sales specialist or by supporting pre-sales activities within a consulting role.
You have experience developing creative and effective solutions for complex business problems.
You have proven ability and experience in preparing proposals, responding to customer questions, and creating presentations.
You have demonstrable experience as a Solution Architect.
You have excellent skills in solution and integration design.
You hold relevant Microsoft certifications.
You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
You have strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
You are confident communicating in both English and German.
