About the role
- Lead high-level customer discovery sessions to identify business friction points
- Design agentic frameworks utilizing MCP server task lists , RPA, and traditional automation
- Work across the Microsoft ecosystem to build Agent-First transformations
- Deep-dive into technical requirements and business processes to confirm proposed outcomes
- Drive a target of $5M+ in annual agentic bookings by scaling the AI Factory model
Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Sales, Solution Architecture, or AI Consulting
- Advanced understanding of Azure AI Services and Data Platforms
- Hands-on exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE)
- Familiarity with MCP servers, autonomous agents, and Foundry Data Agents
- Experience with RPA tools and how they intersect with modern LLM-driven agents
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
