About the role

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions
  • Define and validate accounting design in SAP S/4HANA
  • Oversee configuration and testing activities
  • Guide deployment through go-live and stabilization
  • Operate independently and mentor other consultants
  • Provide delivery leadership across distributed onshore and offshore teams

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in implementing SAP FI/CO
  • Prior working experience in an Accounting role
  • Experienced in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Internal Orders, Bank Accounting, Basic COPA understanding, and SAP Fiori usage for core accounting activities
  • Served in Senior Consultant or Manager role for at least 3 - 4 full life cycle implementations of SAP FICO
  • Exposure to SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects
  • Prior consulting experience with a management or IT consulting firm
  • Ability to work with onsite and remote project delivery models
  • Experience working in the industrial manufacturing, process manufacturing, consumer products, or high tech manufacturing industries
  • Bachelor’s degree
