About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieving sales revenue goals within their defined territory
  • Working collaboratively with other commercial team members and cross functional departments to achieve corporate objectives
  • Serving as the point person for end-to-end commercialization, including sales, support, and program management for all HistoSonics technologies
  • Developing and executing business plans, leading clinical and technical product demonstrations, presenting and negotiating capital acquisition options, post sales installation, support, and adoption.
  • Developing relationships with clinical, economic, and strategic stakeholders’ champions to understand customer needs, new technology acquisition processes, and capital funding options
  • Presenter and negotiator of capital pricing along with terms & conditions in collaboration with the sale management team
  • Implementing post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption protocol in collaboration with the sales team and service team to achieve the desired business objective of the deal
  • Supporting new customers in clinical adoption of HistoSonics technologies
  • Participating in business development and educational activities such as trade shows and industry meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales/clinical experience in the medical device industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of disruptive capital equipment sales experience
  • Must be able to meet all hospital credentialing requirements, including but not limited to, background check, drug screen and certain immunizations.
  • Must be insurable and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing and able to travel (by automobile or air, day trips and overnight stays) more than 75% of the time.
