Key responsibilities & impact

Together with our clients, you optimize the IT portfolio with a focus on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets to ensure a future-ready use of IT
Improve service delivery to create business value and support the successful introduction and further development of IT services
Support IT sourcing projects to optimize cost, quality, and scalability of the IT organization
Optionally, you may assume technical leadership and mentor junior consultants in joint projects

What you’ll need

University degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT service management
Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, and a strong sense for the interface between IT and the business
Analytical mindset to structure complexity and clarify relationships, combined with high self-motivation and a conscientious working style
Excellent presentation and communication skills (German — business fluent)
