Actively contribute to the strategic alignment of IT
Lead IT sourcing and transformation projects
Design effective service delivery
Enhance the business value of IT
Support the introduction and continuous development of IT services
Provide technical leadership to consultants and support their professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree
Minimum of five years' relevant project and consulting experience in IT Service Management
Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks
Experience in managing complex IT organizations
Strong strategic thinking
Ability to analyze complex interdependencies
Strong sense of ownership
Structured and methodical approach to work
Excellent presentation and communication skills (business-fluent German)
