About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project teams and conduct IT emergency exercises, supporting various clients in developing IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies—on-site and remotely
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients on security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud
- Participate in real incident response deployments and assist clients to ensure operational continuity
- Contribute ideas and proposals on interface topics such as information security, third‑party risk management, and risk management to further develop our consulting services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in an IT‑related field or equivalent professional qualification in the IT sector, e.g., in administration, IT service, or data center operations
- Experience applying ITSCM standards, e.g., ISO 27031, or related standards such as ISO 27001 or ITIL 4, plus several years of professional experience
- Proven experience in project leadership and a passion for knowledge transfer and training
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
