Lead project teams and conduct IT emergency exercises, supporting various clients in developing IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies—on-site and remotely
Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients on security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud
Participate in real incident response deployments and assist clients to ensure operational continuity
Contribute ideas and proposals on interface topics such as information security, third‑party risk management, and risk management to further develop our consulting services

Requirements

Degree in an IT‑related field or equivalent professional qualification in the IT sector, e.g., in administration, IT service, or data center operations
Experience applying ITSCM standards, e.g., ISO 27031, or related standards such as ISO 27001 or ITIL 4, plus several years of professional experience
Proven experience in project leadership and a passion for knowledge transfer and training
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
