About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn to identify vulnerabilities and help clients improve security through IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies — both on-site and remotely
- Participate in security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud
- Support our clients to ensure operational continuity
- Strengthen clients’ emergency awareness through awareness workshops, IT disaster/emergency exercises, and failover and functional tests
- Gain exposure to adjacent areas such as information security and third-party risk management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical experience in system integration, e.g., data center administration or IT service at a system house; alternatively, a degree in IT, e.g., (Business) Informatics, Cyber Security Management, or similar
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations, and initial experience in IT emergency management or with ITIL-compliant operational processes
- Drive to work into complex subject areas, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and a confident presence
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
