Learn to identify vulnerabilities and help clients improve security through IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies — both on-site and remotely
Participate in security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud
Support our clients to ensure operational continuity
Strengthen clients’ emergency awareness through awareness workshops, IT disaster/emergency exercises, and failover and functional tests
Gain exposure to adjacent areas such as information security and third-party risk management

Requirements

Practical experience in system integration, e.g., data center administration or IT service at a system house; alternatively, a degree in IT, e.g., (Business) Informatics, Cyber Security Management, or similar
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations, and initial experience in IT emergency management or with ITIL-compliant operational processes
Drive to work into complex subject areas, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and a confident presence
Very good presentation and communication skills in German
