About the role

  • Support our clients from SMEs, DAX-listed companies and public sector organizations in SAP license management and Software Asset Management (SAM) projects
  • Advise on the optimization and realignment of SAP licensing models and develop customer-specific licensing strategies (S/4HANA & Cloud)
  • Analyze the client's license management to identify optimization potential to increase cost-efficiency and legal certainty, prepare software license reconciliations and derive measures to improve license compliance
  • Support SAP contract negotiations and audits, and assist with license comparisons

Requirements

  • University degree and 1–3 years of professional experience in license management, ideally with SAP products
  • Knowledge of SAP licensing models and experience with discovery/measurement tools and contract analysis
  • Analytical mindset to structure complexity and clarify interdependencies, with high self-motivation and a conscientious work style
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent)
