About the role
- Ensure the smooth operation of Linux-based infrastructure
- Configure and maintain networks, server services, and storage systems
- Implement security measures and manage patching
- Advance automation of operational processes using IaC, e.g., with Ansible or shell scripts
- Support our clients during IT security incidents with technical expertise, e.g., log analysis, system isolation, or system restarts
Requirements
- Professional experience in system integration or Linux administration — motivation is more important than perfection
- Basic knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and containerization
- Team player, especially when collaborating with other technical roles
- Careful and pragmatic approach in emergency situations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
