About the role

  • Advise and take on (partial) project leadership for client projects to develop IT and sourcing strategies, including deriving recommendations for suitable sourcing options
  • Develop quality management models and measurement methods to assess service quality
  • Ensure smooth execution from market analysis, through preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations, to award—both for public procurements and private tenders
  • Support subsequent transition and transformation activities and ensure a seamless handover to operations
  • Identify clients' organizational challenges and jointly develop tailored solutions for building the retained organization and for managing their service providers

Requirements

  • At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in the relevant fields
  • Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, COBIT or SIAM
  • Strong analytical skills to structure complexity, clarify interrelationships, and design and explain solutions/concepts
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
  • Knowledge of creative methods, Kanban, Scrum and Design Thinking completes your profile
