About the role
- Advise and take on (partial) project leadership for client projects to develop IT and sourcing strategies, including deriving recommendations for a suitable sourcing option
- Develop quality management models and measurement methods to evaluate service performance
- Ensure smooth execution from market analysis, through preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations, to award — for both public procurements and private tenders
- Support the subsequent transition and transformation and ensure a smooth handover into operations
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and work with them to develop tailored solutions for building the retained organization and managing their service providers
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in the relevant areas
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, COBIT, or SIAM
- Strong analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships, and the ability to design solutions/concepts and explain them
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
- Knowledge of creative methods, Kanban, Scrum, and Design Thinking completes your profile
