About the role

  • Lead project teams and support the implementation of tailored Information Security Management strategies and solutions for a variety of clients — remotely and on site
  • Guide our clients through protection needs assessments, structural analyses, and the development of complete Information Security Management Systems
  • Design organizational and technical security solutions in demanding projects and support their implementation
  • Contribute ideas and proposals on interface topics (e.g., data protection/privacy, operational organization, service management) and help further develop our consulting services

Requirements

  • Degree in business or IT, e.g., (business) informatics/computer science, engineering, or an equivalent professional qualification — motivation is what matters
  • Practical experience applying information security standards such as ISO 27001 and BSI-Standard 200-X, plus several years of professional experience (e.g., as a Lead Auditor, IT-Grundschutz consultant, or similar)
  • Proven experience in project leadership and enjoyment in knowledge transfer and training
  • Drive to work into complex subject areas, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and very good German language skills
