• Look forward to engaging and challenging assignments.
• Advise and, where applicable, take on (partial) project leadership for client projects to establish or improve service management for specific IT services.
• Identify clients' organizational challenges and work with them to develop tailored solutions to adapt existing service management processes.
• Conduct roll-out planning for service delivery of new services and establish or optimize service provider management.
• Further develop our consulting offerings by contributing your experience and introducing new methods.
