About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to Hisense-funded Best Buy teams to optimize sales of Hisense TVs and soundbars
- Influence without direct authority — aligning specialists and store teams with Hisense’s sales strategies
- Conduct regular store visits across your region to assess performance, deliver coaching, and influence product placement
- Monitor KPIs for product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with Best Buy store and market management and Hisense internal teams to resolve issues
- Develop and execute regional action plans to boost product visibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 6 years of multi-unit retail management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (60–70%)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales tracking tools
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
