About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be part of the Special Risks team and support underwriters with the administrative handling of new and in‑force business
- Prepare, review and process policies, endorsements, contract documents, billing information and other documentation for specialty risks
- Assist with quotations, renewals and policy amendments, and follow up on outstanding information from brokers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain policy, customer and risk data in systems and ensure complete, auditable documentation
- Coordinate administrative queries from brokers and internal stakeholders and communicate professionally with a service‑oriented approach
- Create and maintain overviews, trackers and reports for the Special Risks portfolio
- Improve, standardize and digitize administrative processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial/business vocational training, preferably in insurance and finance, or equivalent qualification
- Some experience in an administrative, commercial, operational or service‑oriented role is desirable
- Basic insurance knowledge is desirable but not required
- Highly accurate, reliable and structured working style
- Enjoy working with precise documentation
- Solution‑oriented approach and professional communication style
- Confident user of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Interest in digital workflows
- Very good German and good English language skills
