About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the software development lifecycle of new features, products, and technology to support bringing new insurance products to market.
  • Collaborate with Insurance, Operations, Underwriting teams and external parties to build and manage a roadmap of enhancements that drive profitable growth with distribution partners.
  • Lead change management efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure enhancements and new products launch smoothly.
  • Own end-to-end execution and delivery of features and enhancements with dedicated engineering and design teams.
  • Implement new UI, UX, workflows, tooling, processes, and functionality to support bringing new insurance products to market.
  • Manage updates to underwriting rules, risk definitions, rating logic, insurance product definitions, and supporting UX/UI.
  • Coordinate product updates for new lines (e.g., Crime, Excess) and ensure alignment across quoting, submission data, and hazards.
  • Manage updates for quoting workflows, quote letters, binders, and policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors to implement and support insurance product changes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–7 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company
  • Strong track record of managing internal and external relationships and leading change management initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions
  • Strong project management skills with experience driving projects through completion
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across business, operations, and engineering teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and partner demands simultaneously
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with insurance and/or underwriting systems.
