About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end business analysis activities across strategic, digital, operational, and regulatory initiatives and value streams
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, drivers, constraints, and success criteria
  • Analyse current-state processes, systems, data, and customer journeys to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Translate business needs into user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications suitable for delivery teams.
  • Ensure requirements and solutions comply with internal governance, risk, and regulatory obligations
  • Prioritise requirements in collaboration with business owners, product owners, and delivery leads
  • Facilitate alignment between business, technology, operations, data, and external partners
  • Evaluate solution options and contribute to the selection of technology, vendors, or delivery approaches
  • Produce high-quality analysis deliverables including process maps, business cases, and impact assessments
  • Build and maintain business cases, benefits hypotheses, and value tracking mechanisms
  • Validate delivered solutions against requirements and business expectations
  • Support testing activities by helping define test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and validating outcomes
  • Assess change impacts on people, processes, systems, and controls and support change readiness activities
  • Communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models as required by the initiative
  • Drive continuous improvement of business analysis practices, tools, and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree, ideally in Management / Economics / Engineering (or similar)
  • Solid background in tech/business consulting, ideally in insurance business
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them to functional and non-functional requirements as well as process maps
  • Ability to derive business cases and present arguments for decision making
  • Experience in working with agile/scrum methodology
  • Fluent in English, verbally and written, is mandatory
  • Fluency in other European languages is preferred (German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Flemish)
