  • Ensure Operations receives accurate, consistent, trusted Management Information (MI)
  • Provide operational leaders with clear, decision-ready reporting
  • Share responsibility for MI quality and integrity
  • Maintain and refine MI reports and dashboards
  • Partner with Data Engineering to resolve data quality issues
  • Uphold MI governance standards

Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering operational MI in a team-based function
  • Power BI experience (data models, DAX, report maintenance) and strong SQL
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with MI peers and data specialists
  • Comfortable in BAU environments where reliability and collective ownership are critical
  • Calm and dependable in business-critical MI environments.
