Ensure Operations receives accurate, consistent, trusted Management Information (MI)
Provide operational leaders with clear, decision-ready reporting
Share responsibility for MI quality and integrity
Maintain and refine MI reports and dashboards
Partner with Data Engineering to resolve data quality issues
Uphold MI governance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience delivering operational MI in a team-based function
Power BI experience (data models, DAX, report maintenance) and strong SQL
Proven ability to work collaboratively with MI peers and data specialists
Comfortable in BAU environments where reliability and collective ownership are critical
Calm and dependable in business-critical MI environments.
