About the role
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates across Slack, email, LinkedIn, and the Hiry platform.
- Manage and moderate the Hiry Slack community, making sure conversations stay professional, helpful, and organized.
- Share new job opportunities and relevant updates with the community.
- Welcome new members into the network and help them understand how everything works.
- Answer candidate questions regarding roles, hiring processes, and next steps.
- Follow up with candidates when needed and keep communication consistent.
- Identify strong candidates in the community and flag them to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Track candidate communication and updates inside Airtable / ClickUp to keep information organized.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team and Customer Success Manager to stay aligned on roles and priorities.
- Help keep the community active and valuable for candidates in the network.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable communicating with people through Slack, email, and calls.
- Friendly, approachable personality and good communication skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and updates at once.
- Experience in community management, recruiting, customer success, or similar roles is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- Available during European business hours (CET).
