About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, maintain and test printed circuit boards (PCB) using Altium Designer.
Experience in high-voltage(1-10KV) and low-voltage PCB designs ensuring reliability and compliance with safety standards.
Develop firmware in C/C++ for Microchip Microcontroller including peripheral drivers, communication stacks, sensor interfaces and application logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.
Perform testing, verification, and validation of electronic components and assemblies.
Maintain accurate documentation, including schematics, bill of materials, and layout drawings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Debug, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the design and production phases.
Export design files in formats ready to be sent directly to electronics manufacturers.
Liaise with electronics manufacturers regarding production issues and technical problems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 year’s practical experience in electronics engineering.
Proficiency in Altium Designer for PCB layout and schematic capture and documentation.
Strong understanding of PCB design principles and practices.
Solid understanding of analogue and digital electronic circuit design.
Knowledge of EMC/EMI requirements and mitigation techniques.
Experience designing, programming and debugging microcontroller-based embedded system.
Strong experience in embedded programming languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
