About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work alongside Design Engineers, Project Managers, and Installation Technicians
- Deliver world-class Audiovisual Solutions for customers
- Program DSP and control systems for projects
- Test code in the shop before sending gear to the site
- Commission code on-site on projects
- Support service technicians and service clients with programming support
- Document control systems and client GUI approvals
- Configure AV and client networks
- Assist with shop fab work if needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-5 years of experience
- Proficient programming in Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, or AMX control systems
- Crestron Programming Certification preferred
- AMX, Q-SYS, and/or experience with other programming languages is a plus
- Extron Certified Programmer preferred
- Good communication and customer relation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites if needed
