AV Project Manager – Pro AV Production, Staging

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage event requirements, production schedules, and logistics plans
- Coordinate equipment, labor, sub-rentals, and onsite crews
- Develop staging plans based on client needs, venue requirements, and budgets
- Partner with Account Managers and production teams to execute events nationwide and internationally
- Ensure accurate documentation, workflow management, and successful show delivery
- Travel up to 50% for large-scale events
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10+ years of experience in the Pro AV rental, staging, or live events industry
- Strong knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting, LED, and AV systems
- Experience with CAD/design tools (Vectorworks preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
