About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage event requirements, production schedules, and logistics plans
Coordinate equipment, labor, sub-rentals, and onsite crews
Develop staging plans based on client needs, venue requirements, and budgets
Partner with Account Managers and production teams to execute events nationwide and internationally
Ensure accurate documentation, workflow management, and successful show delivery
Travel up to 50% for large-scale events

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10+ years of experience in the Pro AV rental, staging, or live events industry
Strong knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting, LED, and AV systems
Experience with CAD/design tools (Vectorworks preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
