Senior Account Executive – Pro AV Production, Staging

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
- Partner with production and operations teams to create effective client solutions and proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM updates.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Travel up to 50% for client meetings and events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably withi n Pro AV rental, staging, live events, or technical production servic es.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience selling technical solutions and working with production teams.
- CRM experience (HubSpot or similar preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
