About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Manage renewals, re-bookings, and long-term client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
  • Partner with operations and production teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Conduct client check-ins and post-event follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account activity, and renewal timelines.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and support retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams during client transitions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship-based sales.
  • Experience in Pro AV, live events, audiovisual production, or technical services preferred.
  • Proven ability to retain and grow existing client accounts.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and Teams.
