About the role
- Represent financial institutions and business clients in consumer and commercial litigation at both the state and federal levels. Handle all aspects of case strategy, motion practice, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and client communications. Collaborate directly with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation strategy and case development. Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions. Contribute to a variety of disputes across industries, including finance, healthcare, energy, and commercial contracts.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney, preferably with exposure to financial services or complex commercial litigation. Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing. Strong writing and analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset able to manage deadlines and multiple caseloads with precision. Team-oriented mindset. Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
