Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative (BDR), Recruiter, Account Executive, or Staffing Sales Representative
  • Proven experience in a high-volume cold calling environment, with the ability to make consistent daily outbound calls while maintaining strong conversation quality.
  • Strong cold calling, lead generation, and objection-handling skills
  • Proven ability to book meetings and generate qualified B2B sales opportunities
  • Experience engaging with HR directors, hiring managers, and C-level decision-makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable giving feedback on what is resonating in the market and helping improve pitch effectiveness over time
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
  • ********Preferred Qualifications**
  • Background in the recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR services industry
  • Experience selling recruitment services, staffing solutions, or RPO services
  • Familiarity with recruitment workflows, hiring pain points, and workforce planning
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar prospecting tools
  • Background in high-volume outbound sales or inside sales environments
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management
