About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, social media, online research, etc.)
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies (email, cold calls, social outreach)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and targeting strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and performance
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3+ years experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting
  • Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
  • Experience running automation campaigns (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.)
  • Prior experience supporting founders or small ventures preferred
  • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Familiar with outbound automation tools
  • Ability to source leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Basic data management and list-building skills
  • Comfortable using dialers and cold-calling platforms
