About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support preparation of **construction documents** for permit submittals.
Ensure alignment with **city requirements and regulatory compliance** from concept through completion.
Coordinate with **city agencies** during plan check and permitting processes.
Collaborate with **external consultants and engineers** to produce complete and coordinated drawing sets.
Assist in **early-stage feasibility studies and code analysis**.
Support preparation of materials for **city hearings and regulatory approvals**.
Help maintain consistency and quality across project documentation.
Facilitate communication across **multiple stakeholders and disciplines**.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture *(Licensed Architect required)*
3–8+ years of experience in architecture, technical design, or related roles
Strong experience with:
- Construction documentation
- Permitting workflows
- Coordination across disciplines
Proficiency in:
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Bluebeam
Familiarity with **U.S. building codes** (IBC, ADA, etc.)
Experience working with **U.S.-based teams or projects**
Experience in **commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or retail development**
Strong **English communication skills** (written and verbal)
