Solutions Engineer

• Lead and align AI Engineers to deliver scalable, schema-first automation and AI workflows
• Design and implement multi-agent AI workflows integrating LLMs with structured tools
• Own architecture for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, databases, and observability systems
• Guide solution ideation, prioritization, and execution of automation projects
• Establish coding standards, conduct reviews, and enforce quality across deliverables
• Implement error handling, audit logging, and SLA monitoring for orchestrated workflows
