About the role
- Answer inbound calls promptly, ensuring clear communication and accurate message delivery.
- Process and route digital faxes to the correct case files without delay.
- Perform data entry and maintain records with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support scheduling needs and ensure calendars remain updated and reliable.
- Monitor communication channels and escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
- Uphold client confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
- Maintain consistent availability during Pacific Standard Time work hours.
- Collaborate with both U.S. and offshore colleagues to support daily workflow.
- Follow established processes and contribute to system improvements.
- Provide dependable support that reinforces client confidence and team harmony.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, call handling, or administrative support.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written (C1 or above).
- Proficiency with email, Excel, and data entry tools.
- Stable wired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps, plus a reliable backup option.
- Ability to work a consistent 8-hour schedule aligned to PST.
- Proven reliability and commitment in prior remote or office-based roles.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
