About the role

  • Source, screen, and recruit finance and accounting professionals for U.S.-based companies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job intake, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong finance talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies for finance roles such as Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Audit.
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical expertise, analytical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand financial team needs, reporting structures, and hiring priorities.
  • Collaborate with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular pipeline and progress updates.
  • Stay current on finance hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market demand.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience recruiting finance and accounting roles for U.S.-based companies.
  • Strong understanding of finance positions such as Accountant, Senior Accountant, Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Controller, Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, Tax Associate, or Finance Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Full-time availability aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).
