About the role

Requirements
- - Completion of some college coursework is required.
- - Availability to work full-time during Mountain Standard Time business hours.
- - Prior legal administrative experience is required; experience in an immigration law setting is preferred.
- - Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- - Proven ability to handle client intake screening and manage high-volume calls effectively.
- - Experience managing legal calendaring and scheduling systems.
- - Comfort with client billing processes and maintaining administrative documentation.
- - Proficiency in basic email communication and client service best practices.
- - Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred, but not required.
- - Ability to manage client-facing administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
- - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving legal administrative environment.
