  • - Experience managing legal calendaring and scheduling systems.
  • - Comfort with client billing processes and maintaining administrative documentation.
  • - Proficiency in basic email communication and client service best practices.
  • - Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • - Ability to manage client-facing administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
