About the role

  • Manage the Amazon brand strategy, including marketing, pricing, product listings, and promotions.
  • Oversee and guide the PPC Specialist on campaign strategy, performance optimization, and ROI.
  • Supervise the Admin Assistant responsible for maintaining the Amazon platform and listings.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely production, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Track and analyze performance data to report on KPIs, sales trends, and budget utilization.
  • Ensure product pages and brand content meet Amazon guidelines and align with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to maintain consistency across channels.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller Central or Vendor Central).
  • Proven success managing multiple brands or products across different categories.
  • Background in an Amazon marketing agency or similar eCommerce environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, A+ Content, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
  • Advanced communication and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
