• **Core Responsibilities**
• - Source, screen, and recruit qualified **lawyers, paralegals, case managers, and legal assistants** for U.S. law firms (primarily in California and Texas).
• - Manage the **end-to-end recruiting process**, from job intake and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• - Build and maintain talent pipelines using **LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms**.
• - Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to **different legal specializations** (e.g., personal injury, litigation, workers’ compensation, employment law).
• - Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical, behavioral, and cultural fit.
• - Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure seamless onboarding and documentation.
• - Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.
• - Stay current on trends in **legal hiring, compensation benchmarks, and bar association guidelines** to ensure informed recruiting decisions.
