Plan and manage content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
Launch, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns
Optimize and update landing pages to improve lead conversion rates
Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, including pipeline setup and maintenance
Build and manage email and SMS automation workflows
Create and maintain lead nurturing and follow-up systems
Develop and manage an effective lead response process to engage prospects immediately after appointments are booked
Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
Manage LinkedIn outreach and lead generation to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
Take ownership of the entire marketing function for an Australian finance industry client

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on marketing experience
Proven success managing Meta Ads and Google Search Ads with measurable results
Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform
Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
Strong understanding of content marketing, paid advertising, CRM management, and marketing automation
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the marketing function
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with finance, mortgage, or other regulated-industry marketing campaigns is requested in the application materials
