Perform high-volume balance sheet reconciliations across multiple account types
Investigate and resolve discrepancies using sound judgment
Work through backlog efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Pull and analyze large datasets from ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Support month-end close as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of accounting experience with strong focus on reconciliations
Experience in public company accounting environments (required or strongly preferred)
Proven experience handling complex balance sheet accounts
Comfortable working with large datasets and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Experience in audit support, post-audit cleanup, or remediation work is a strong plus
High attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure
