About the role

  • Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry, cleansing, and enrichment.
  • Support process improvement and automation initiatives within the Revenue Operations team.
  • Learn and manage key systems including Salesforce, DealHub, and other revenue tech stack tools
  • Act as a point of contact for other departments on RevOps technology and processes.
  • Develop and maintain internal knowledge articles and enablement materials.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding internal users in the revenue tech stack.
  • Create and customize Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and assist with Salesforce updates, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other Revenue Operations and data-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Administrator experience, including configuration, customization, reports, dashboards, and automations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter with curiosity about business operations and process optimization.
  • **Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have)**
  • 3+ years of experience as an Advanced Salesforce Administrator (AppExchange tools, SOQL, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot).
  • Familiarity with sales proposal and enablement tools such as DealHub, 6sense, Gong, or Gong Engage.
