About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and long-term partnership.
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, confidently discussing Paid Media and SEO performance, recommendations, and business impact.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, translating campaign data into actionable insights and growth strategies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes.
- Partner closely with internal Paid Ads and SEO teams to align strategies with client goals and KPIs.
- Understand and interpret performance across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO performance and organic growth metrics
- Analyze campaign performance, ROAS, lead quality, conversion metrics, and traffic trends to provide strategic recommendations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts.
- Support revenue expansion targets through strategic account development.
- Manage workflows, reporting timelines, and campaign deliverables across multiple accounts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Growth-focused roles within a marketing agency or SaaS environment.
- Strong working knowledge of: Google Ads Meta Ads PPC campaign performance metrics SEO strategy and organic performance reporting
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to independently lead conversations around campaign performance, optimization opportunities, and marketing strategy.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate marketing data into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with direct client-facing experience.
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL), ClickUp, CRM systems, and marketing reporting tools.
- Highly organized with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
