About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct daily outbound outreach via phone calls and email sequences.
  • Prospect net-new insurance agencies, closed-lost opportunities, and targeted accounts.
  • Execute structured follow-up cadences to engage unresponsive prospects.
  • Qualify prospects to ensure strong fit prior to scheduling.
  • Schedule meetings directly onto Sales Advisors’ calendars.
  • Provide clean, detailed handoff notes to Sales Advisors before meetings.
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead status in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Advisors to improve meeting quality and conversion.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and email outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to confidently engage with small business owners and decision-makers.
  • Experience using or willingness to learn CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Interest in sales, marketing, or SaaS environments
  • Coachable, resilient, and motivated by performance metrics.
