About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a portfolio of clients, ensuring high retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead monthly performance reviews, strategy calls, translating data into clear business outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to prevent churn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies across: Paid Ads (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and SEO (technical, on-page, and growth strategies).
- Ensure campaigns align with client goals such as lead generation, ROAS, and pipeline growth.
- Interpret campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support clients in scaling their marketing efforts through new channels, increased budgets, or additional services.
- Track client performance using tools like ClickUp and CRM systems. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, projects, and optimizations. Maintain clear documentation of client activities, progress, and forecasts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles within a marketing agency or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of: Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- SEO fundamentals and performance metrics
- Experience managing multiple clients and delivering measurable marketing results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (client-facing experience required).
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) and ClickUp or similar project management tools.
