About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing and iterating high-performing, on-brand creative assets that support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Owning, maintaining, and enforcing the company’s visual brand identity and style guide.
- Managing the end-to-end design process, from concept development through final production and delivery.
- Collaborating with marketing and other internal stakeholders to manage projects, revisions, and feedback effectively.
- Organizing and maintaining a centralized library of creative assets to ensure accessibility for the broader team.
- Ensuring all design output aligns with branding, lead generation, and conversion-focused marketing strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proven experience working in fast- paced, marketing- driven environments
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, lead generation, and conversion principles
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing and branding projects across digital and print
- Experience creating high- performing creative for Meta and other social media ad platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in Canva and Figma
- Experience with GoHighLevel is preferred
